Learning Support at Job Trainer Australia
Essential Skills for Success
To get the most from your vocational training, you’ll need solid language, literacy, numeracy, and digital (LLND) skills. If you find learning difficult, or you live with a disability, we may be able to provide some support. However, our resources are limited—we do not have specialist staff for other languages or learning disabilities. Please consider your individual needs to decide whether our support is suitable for you.
All courses and assessments are presented in English. Students must be comfortable reading and writing in English to understand industry standards, key policies, and legislation.
Starting with an LLND Quiz
When your training begins, you’ll take a short LLND skills quiz. This assessment helps us spot any areas where you may need additional assistance as you move through your studies.
Adapting Assessments: Reasonable Adjustments
Where possible, we can make reasonable adjustments to the way assessments are completed to help those with specific learning needs or disabilities. If you think this could benefit you, get in touch to talk about options.
Please remember: regardless of adjustments, all students must complete every requirement to achieve their chosen qualification.
Fair Access for All Learners
Job Trainer Australia is committed to treating every participant with fairness and respect. Everyone receives equal access to our training and assessments, regardless of background, beliefs, gender, finances, ability, or language skills.
Our goal is to support every student in reaching their full potential. We support equal opportunity and inclusive practices.
