About
Job Trainer Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45742) delivering nationally recognised training. The team at Job Trainer Australia has collectively 30 years of training and compliance experience. Our primary focus is you. We aim to provide the highest quality eLearning for individuals or for large companies across Australia.
Our Commitment
To ensure that we provide training and assessment services that meet the needs of clients and industry, we employ sufficient suitably qualified and experienced Trainers, secure suitable facilities, ensure sufficient opportunities for learning in appropriate environments, with suitable resource and assessment that is fair and flexible.
Our Service Commitment
Your questions are important to us. We are committed to returning your calls and emails within one (1) working day.
Assessment feedback will be given within 10 working days of our receiving the assessment.
Statements of Attainment/Qualifications are issued within thirty (30) calendar days of your completion.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all completed registrations. By engaging with Job Trainer Australia or participating in a course you are accepting these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the website immediately.
Obligations and Guarantee
Job Trainer Australia guarantees to complete training and/or assessment of enrolled students providing full fees are paid, the trainee meets training/assessment requirements, and meets agreed completion dates. Should Job Trainer Australia cancel your training at any stage for any reason you will be entitled to a full refund. Fees paid in advance for services not yet provided will be refunded within ten (10) working days.

USI, Overseas Students & Admission
Unique Student Identifier
A USI is required at the time of enrolment. You will not be able to proceed to training without your USI or notification of exemption. Visit www.usi.gov.au/students for more information.
Admission and Entry Requirements
Obtain a USI or evidence of an exemption.
Read and interpret workplace documentation.
Speak clearly and unambiguously in English.
Where the student is under 18 years of age, have the written consent of a parent or guardian to enrol.

Student Welfare & Inclusion
Job Trainer Australia is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity, is free from racism, discrimination, and all forms of harassment, and prioritises a culturally safe environment for First Nations people. Wellbeing support services including live chat, a toll-free helpline, and a Help and Support Quick Link are accessible on every page of the learning platform.

Enrolment & Authenticity
By accepting the terms and conditions you are declaring that you have read and understood all information provided by Job Trainer Australia. Job Trainer Australia follows practices to ensure the student enrolled is the same person completing training. In the instance that it is proven otherwise, any Statement of Attainment issued will be revoked and the licensing body in your state will be notified.

Student Conduct, Support & LLND
Compliance with conduct expectations is required by all students. Failure may result in cancellation of enrolment. You can contact your Trainer by phone, email, live chat, or website enquiry during normal office hours. Assessment feedback is provided within 10 working days. All queries are responded to within 1 working day.
LLND Assessment
Students will be provided with a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) assessment upon registration and prior to enrolment. Satisfactory completion (4 or more correct answers) is an entry requirement for all courses.

Training & Assessment
Delivery unit results are recorded as Competent (C), Not Competent (NC), or Credit Transfer (CREDIT). Assessment feedback is provided within 10 working days. Certificates are issued same day upon successful completion Job Trainer Australia maintains records of all issued certificates for 30 years.

Fees, Refunds & Policies
Students have 3 months to complete their training. Most courses can be completed within 6–8 hours. Job Trainer Australia does not receive fees in advance exceeding $1,500.00 per student.
Change of mind is not grounds for a refund.
Refund requests must be received in writing within 7 days of enrolment, with the course not yet accessed.
Courses are non-transferable to another person.
No refund if the 3-month training period is exceeded.

Complaints & Appeals
Students may submit a complaint via the Informal or Formal process. All complaints are handled in accordance with natural justice and procedural fairness. Written outcomes are provided within fifteen (15) working days of the decision.

Overview
At Job Trainer Australia, we are committed to creating a respectful, positive learning environment for everyone. Our Code of Practice explains the standards you can expect from our organisation and team, as well as the behaviours we ask from our students.
When you participate in a Job Trainer Australia course, we kindly ask that you treat our staff and fellow students with courtesy and respect. This ensures a supportive and productive experience for all.

Code of Conduct Statement
Job Trainer Australia takes its standards seriously and does not permit misconduct. If the Code of Conduct is breached, we may need to cancel the student's enrolment without a refund.

Examples of behaviours that may result in course cancellation include:
Providing false information
Conduct that harms the reputation of Job Trainer Australia, including statements or actions against our staff
Cheating, plagiarism, copying another student's work, or using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to complete assessments
Abusive or threatening language, actions, or gestures towards students or staff
Any discrimination, harassment, disruptive, abusive, or anti-social behaviour
Violating the privacy of others

We encourage you to continue making positive choices in how you interact with our team and your fellow students, so together we can build a respectful and successful learning community.

Our Commitment to Your Privacy
At Job Trainer Australia, maintaining the privacy of student data is a top priority. We comply fully with the Privacy Act 1988 and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Information provided to us is only used for the purpose for which it was collected.

Collection of Personal Information
Personal information collected includes: address, contact details, date of birth, gender, USI, employment status, language spoken, reasons for study, and education background. Sensitive information collected includes: ethnicity and origin, LLND support needs, health/disability needs, and financial details.

Disclosure of Personal Information
Personal information may be shared with Commonwealth and State Government agencies including ASQA, NCVER, and DEWR as part of reporting and compliance requirements. Job Trainer Australia will not disclose personal information to external parties unless consent has been obtained or disclosure is required by legislation.

Data Security and Disposal
All measures are taken to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. VET student assessment items are stored for a minimum of two years after completion. AQF certification documents are retained for 30 years.

Complaints & Appeals Policy

Policy
At Job Trainer Australia, we are dedicated to addressing concerns effectively and using feedback to drive continuous improvement. If a student is dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage them to raise their concerns so we can address the issue promptly and professionally.

We are committed to handling complaints and appeals in a timely, transparent, and efficient manner.

Complaints — What You Can Raise
Students may lodge a complaint regarding:
The enrolment process
Marketing information and representations
Training delivery methods
Training and/or assessment processes, including Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Any activities associated with the delivery of training and assessment services
Issues relating to discrimination, sexual harassment, student amenities, or similar concerns

Complaints Process
Step 1 — Trainer: Raise your concern directly with your trainer as early as possible. If uncomfortable, escalate to the Operations Manager.

Step 2 — Operations Manager: If unresolved, contact the CEO directly in person or in writing.

Step 3 — Independent Third Party: If still unresolved, an independent third party will be engaged, which may include training professionals, legal representatives, or the Anti-Discrimination Board.

Appeals — What You Can Appeal
Grounds for lodging an appeal include:
Assessment results
Refused refund
Refused requests for an extension

Step 1: Complete the Appeals Form – Part A and submit to the CEO within five (5) days of receiving a result.
Step 2: Decision reviewed by a different party. Outcome notified within ten (10) working days.
Step 3: If still unsatisfied, the CEO conducts a thorough review. Outcome within ten (10) working days.
Step 4: Operations Manager reviews if still unresolved. Outcome within ten (10) working days.

Procedure & Outcomes
All complaints and appeals are handled professionally, confidentially, and in accordance with natural justice and procedural fairness.
Each student will have the opportunity to present their case at each stage of the process.
Appeals against assessment decisions must be lodged within five (5) working days of receiving the outcome.
All discussions regarding formal complaints and appeals will be recorded in writing. The student will receive a written statement of the outcome, including the reasons for the decision, within fifteen (15) working days.
If the process is expected to take longer than sixty (60) days, the student will be notified in writing of the delay and the reason for the delay.
All complaints and appeals are recorded in the Continuous Improvement Register within two (2) working days of receipt. Findings are used for continuous improvement.
Students have the right to lodge a complaint with ASQA at: asqa.gov.au/complaints.

Fees & Refund Policy

Policy
Job Trainer Australia will not hold more than $1,500 per participant paid in advance. All fees and charges must be approved by the CEO prior to publication. All students are provided with a numbered tax invoice detailing all fees paid.

Refunds
All refund requests must be made in writing with supporting documentation where applicable.
Nil refund for change of mind
Nil refund once training has commenced
Nil refund if the student exceeds the three (3) month training period
Courses are non-transferable
Error in purchase — not yet commenced: contact Job Trainer Australia within 24 hours of enrolment
Deferment of training can be negotiated: contact Job Trainer Australia within three (3) months of enrolment

Should Job Trainer Australia cancel the training, students are entitled to a full refund (or pro-rata adjusted refund) or to transfer to future training.

Deactivation Policy
Students have three (3) months from the date of enrolment to complete their course. Reminders are sent via SMS/email prior to expiry, including seven (7) days before deactivation.

Reactivation for a further three (3) months may be granted if: (a) the enrolled unit has not been superseded or significantly changed; and (b) no further extensions beyond the initial extension will be permitted — nil refund will apply.

Why We Collect Your Personal Information
As an RTO, we collect your personal information so we can process and manage your enrolment in a vocational education and training (VET) course with us.

How We Disclose Your Personal Information
We are required by law (under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011) to disclose the personal information we collect about you to the National VET Data Collection kept by NCVER. We are also authorised to disclose your personal information to the relevant state or territory training authority.

How the NCVER Handles Your Information
The NCVER will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. Your information may be used for authenticated VET transcripts, administration of VET, statistics and research, and understanding the VET market. The NCVER does not intend to disclose your personal information to any overseas recipients.
