Why WA RSA?

Western Australia's RSA requirements set the most flexible framework in Australia. No competency card to apply for, no mandatory bridging, and certificates don't expire. For offshore non-citizens (cabin crew, backpackers, working-holiday visa holders), it's the cleanest entry point to working in Australian hospitality.

Planning on travelling to other states later? That's fine too — use your WA RSA certificate everywhere. Exception: NSW and Victoria — these two states require a free state-specific bridging unit, which you can complete online directly with the regulating body.
