Job Trainer Australia provides tailored support for individual needs. Students who notify us of their learning requirements will receive appropriate guidance — based on the principles of fairness and flexibility — to help them achieve competency in their chosen units.

How We Support You

Tailored Delivery & Assessment Alternative arrangements for delivery and assessment can be made to meet your specific needs and learning outcomes. Support is provided on the principles of fairness and flexibility in workplace assessment.
LLND Assessment Each student completes a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) assessment during registration. A score of at least 3 correct answers is required to meet entry requirements. Results are reviewed to identify anyone needing additional trainer support.
Support Declaration During enrolment, you can declare your individual support needs via the Individual Support Needs Request Form. Job Trainer Australia will contact you directly to discuss your requirements before training begins.
