  3. Receive your Statements of Attainment and your NSW RSA interim certificate, which lets you start work straight away for up to 90 days.
  4. Within 90 days, take your interim certificate and 100 points of ID to a Service NSW centre to get your RSA competency card.

Yes. This combo includes the NSW RSA, which is required to serve alcohol in NSW. If you work in another state or territory, choose our national RSA and Food Hygiene Combo (Combo 1) instead.

How do I get my NSW RSA competency card?

After you complete the NSW RSA, you receive an interim certificate valid for 90 days. Within that time, take it to a Service NSW centre with 100 points of identification to apply for your competency card. You can also add the card to the Service NSW app.

Can I start work before I get my competency card?

Yes. Your NSW RSA interim certificate allows you to work for up to 90 days while you apply for your competency card.

Is the training nationally recognised?

Yes. Both units are nationally recognised and delivered by Job Trainer Australia, Registered Training Organisation 45742.
