⚠️ Meet Queensland Law—30 Day Requirement
You must complete your RSA training within 30 days of starting employment.—JTA makes meeting this requirement simple and stress-free.
☉ This includes bartenders, floor staff, room service staff and under 18s.
- Under 18s can serve or supply alcohol in hotels, restaurants and cafes as long as the venue doesn't have an adult entertainment permit. There are no minimum age restrictions under the Liquor Act 1992.

The SITHFAB021 – Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol unit is a nationally recognised RSA course required for anyone serving, selling, or promoting alcohol in licensed venues, retail outlets, wineries, breweries, events, or distilleries.
This training ensures you meet Australian legal requirements, promote responsible alcohol consumption, and uphold safety standards.
DELIVERY
Our online RSA training is self-paced and competency-based:

✅ Individual completion – must reflect your own knowledge
✅ Results marked as Satisfactory or Not Yet Satisfactory

ENROLMENT & PROGRESSION
Before starting your RSA course, you must:
